I have been working at Easterseals full-time

    Pros

Pay is better than most direct support professional jobs. They have a call center you can call anytime for help or questions. They have jobs listed on their website with many different shifts available. I work 30 hours third shift on the weekends which allowed me to go to go to school during the week. Thirty hours is also full time which includes all the benefits which includes health insurance, vacation hours, and paid sick time.

    Cons

There is a high turnover rate which causes them to be short staffed at times.
