I have been working at Easterseals part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Easterseals ensures that they provide services to the best of their abilities while remaining within appropriate ethical boundaries. This company is a family and a community that is full of employees encouraging, assisting, and motivating each other to provide the best possible care to the individuals that Easterseals serves.

    Cons

Pay for this position is not competitive, but recently they have been making changes to ensure that employees are paid based on experience and evaluations, not just equal for all employees at this level.

I have been working at Easterseals full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    The clients are the pro.

    Cons

It seems to me there is a lot of contention within the Easter Seals El Mirador environment with little to no real strong leadership. Based on my own firsthand experience with this organization, they are severely understaffed to adequately care for clients.
