    Pros

The company and the mission it stands for is awesome. The dedication to people with disabilities is second to none

The downside is some of management could be trained better to make decisions and learn to motivate your team. This is the HS/EHS program

    Advice to Management

Listen to your team and help motivate them, so they can know they are appreciated and valued.

I worked at Easterseals full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Great people to work with
    Worthy mission

    Cons

"Parent" organization loosing sight of who it serves (itself or people with disabilities)
    Lack of transparency
    Poor communication and organization

    Advice to Management

Put the needs of the people you are serving first. Often actions are justified through explanations of organizational self preservation: this or that needs done in this way because it is good for the overall institution of the particular non-profit and since those served by ES need the organization to continue, whatever helps ES helps those who ES aims to serve. This is false.
