The onboarding process is insufficient, leaving new hires without adequate tools or guidance, which can make it difficult for them to adapt and succeed in their roles. The workplace culture often feels like a "sink or swim" environment, where employees face significant pressure to navigate unclear expectations independently, sometimes with harsh consequences for those who struggle. Layoffs occur frequently and are managed in an abrupt and impersonal manner, creating stress and uncertainty for both those affected and the remaining team members. There is often a lack of alignment between leadership's communications and actual outcomes, particularly regarding bonus structures, team dynamics, and promotional opportunities. This can erode trust across the organization. HR functions more as a cost-cutting tool than an employee support system. Concerns raised by employees are often overlooked, and there is little effort to address workplace issues professionally.
