      Pros

      I find myself in a good spot right now. The company has built quite an impressive list of clients. There's a lot of energy around, especially in the engineering team. Collaboration is smooth despite the hybrid work model. Direct access to the latest tools and the leadership speeds things up. Multiple releases, zero backlog – it’s a developer’s dream. The company is well-funded thanks to serious investors who believe in its potential. The pay is good, and there's also health and dental coverage, flexible PTO, education stipend, and equity.

      Cons

      Not anymore. Things have changed a lot recently (for the better, of course).
