      Pros

      People. They are all talented professionals and treat each other fairly with respect. Working with A-players is the best benefit.

      Cons

      I couldn't find any critical downside there. All reasonable so far.

      Pros

      The only stress here comes from the work itself, nothing else. Management is fair, treats people with respect, everyone is highly professional, and the CEO works extremely hard. Honestly, that’s all I need in a company.

      Cons

      Sometimes it can feel a bit lonely, and I occasionally miss dispenser talk in the office. You know what I mean.

      - Great work life balance / Fully remote - No big egos in engineering - Everyone wants to do whatever they can to improve the development experience - Limited meetings to allow the team to move fast - Yearly onsite in NYC

      Cons

      - Legacy code needs refactoring and lots of love, but a lot of progress has been made - No dedicated DevOps or QA team members since its a small team
