Pros

There was nothing good in this job.

Cons

They lied about the whole job. Whatever you say you are looking for they will tell you that is the job. If you are looking for marketing, this is not it. If you are looking for a sales job, this is also not it. They will say you deal with marketing, but in reality it is door to door sales where you go into random businesses that could be an hour away and sell them AT&T. All the businesses have no idea you are going to be there and you go try to sign them up. Another thing is they lie about the pay. They say there is a base of $500 per week, but in reality you will never get that. An average per week is about $150-200 if you get paid at all. Maybe 150 for a 60 hour work week shows about $2.50 per hour. They tell you that you make more as you move up. You don't. In all, they manipulate people who are in need of a career. They tell them it is something that they are looking for, then it turns to door to door sales. They have an extremely high turnover rate and there are only a handful of people that stay for over a month. New workers come in and out every single day. If you are gone for over 2 days, people assume that you quit. When you have to go to far areas that are nearly an hour away to go door to door, they do not reimburse for gas or anything you may pay for. STAY AWAY FROM THIS JOB AT ALL COSTS.

Pros

There is nothing applicable for this section.

Cons

- During the interview process, heavy emphasis on marketing which was VERY misleading. - Must pay to park at office (or you will get tickets). No reimbursement for parking, gas used during the day, or mileage added to vehicle from driving to and from territories. - This is a door to door sales job. Territories can be over 30 miles from the office. - Compensation ended up NOT being what was told in interview. Paid out on installs that are completed, but there is a $250 minimum you are REQUIRED to meet on a WEEKLY basis before seeing any additional pay come in. If you don't hit it, then the only compensation you are receiving is the below $250 you made. - The compensation schedule was NOT honored. I did not receive my first paycheck until 2 weeks after the date management signed off in my hiring packet stating I would receive it. When I inquired as to why, I was told I wasn't guaranteed to be paid by any particular date. - Upper management is very clique-ish. If they don't really like you, then don't expect to feel welcomed. They claim to be very inclusive. - Team nights are not mandatory, but it rubs management wrong if you do not make it. I was asked why I wouldn't be attending and was asked to reschedule what I had going on. - Over a 4 week period working 5 days a week, 40+ hours weekly, total compensation was around $650. - Management answers questions about pay and positions with total disengagement. Question is given a one word response, then they walk away from you.
