Pros

Positive work environment . Growth opportunity (I have had 3 promotions in as many years through multiple departments) Free food (bagel breakfasts, coffee, water, candy dish. Relaxed dress code I have been able to work a schedule that accommodates my family. Very supportive - I suffered a major loss while working here and the support (meals, monetary donations, calls, cards) blew me away. Fair compensation (aggressive commission structure in Sales) STICKERS!!!!

Cons

The bathroom on the lower floor is sometimes closed and we have to walk up stairs

Pros

I had a great experience working with TLB. The executives are personable, flexible and seem to genuinely care a lot about their employees and their clients. They have dedicated, enthusiastic department heads that get the job done without micromanaging. Their services are constantly improving and their brands will surely be around for a long time (read: job security). There is opportunity for cross-training and advancement if you have the right attitude. They also allow telecommuting to make up hours or work from home if you're sick. I was offered contractor status after moving out of Arizona. Being able to work from home was a HUGE advantage. They were also very accommodating and understanding of medical issues that occasionally interfered with work.

Cons

Many tasks were repetitive and tedious after a while. Opportunities to cross-train or attend company meetings and trainings diminished after going to contractor status.

We recognize that there can be repetitive elements in some positions within the organization and that’s why we promote cross training, special projects, and participation in cross-functional teams in order to keep our employees energized and engaged. That truly is more challenging for independent contractors. Thanks for your feedback and best of luck in your future endeavors!

Pros

Every employee that is an asset and brings added value to the company is treated incredibly well and still works for the company. The work is very exciting, the day flies by, innovative, and always learning something new. The company cares about their clients so much that it feels good to be a part of this company when there are so many other marketing companies that are "turn and burn". The advancement opportunity is endless. One of the Directors started as an employee 3 years ago and was promoted 3 times and became a Director within 2.5 years of employment. He will probably become an Executive in the future. I personally have been promoted twice and if I wanted to work in a different department or have a different job or be promoted again I could because the company cares that much. But I love my job and am very satisfied. I haven't known of someone that was fired in the last 5 years that wasn't thoroughly warned and knew it was coming. Employees can take an hour for lunch, but the company offers 30 min option so the employees can leave early or come in later. The company offers 2+ weeks PTO depending on your level, lots of paid holiday, and all the other benefits. Contact any of the employees on LinkedIn and ask them what they think, since they still work their for a reason!

Cons

The company has hired lower level employees in the past so there has been some issues with immaturity, but in the last year or two they have invested a lot in recruiting and getting better more professional people so culture is improving.
