Pros

Arx was a Great company to work for ! Was hired just with a Medical Billing & Coding certification, they required no previous experience (provide training) I learned ALOT ! I had no Medical experience before Working at ARx just a Medical Billing & Coding Certification making it difficult for me to get hired with other companies. ARx hired me with no experience and trained me. This company has opened up many doors for me I have companies considering me now that wouldnt before ARx ! No longer there but would recommend this company to anyone trying to break into the Medical field. They also have Prayer Requests ! I was shocked to know this as a Christian woman I Appreciated that.

Cons

Some say pay, but I wasn't there because of the pay. I needed the experience. They also offer opportunities to earn more and receive bonuses just by doing a good job (which you should do anyway) and get paid for it so I thought that was cool. I have no cons I didn't get involved in peoples personal I'm very selective on who I share my life with so it was work then home so my time there was pleasant I minded my own business.

Pros

Co-workers and some of the immediate Managers I worked with were great.

Cons

Lack of communication from Executives down. Treated all equal regardless of how well or poor your performance. No recognition. No HR Manager. Everything goes through CEO. Handbook outdated and tacky. "Men must part hair down center. Shoes with thong between toe prohibited". Hourly employees can only make up 2.5 hours of missed work per week. Salary employees must claim PTO regardless of how many hours actually worked if leaving 2.5 hrs early for appt. Feel as though your going back in time with their policy and procedures.
