      Too slow in hiring new people when it matters the most, old booking system and old phone system

      Provider of sustainable tourism, focus on making an environmental impact

      Cons

      Management are constantly in meetings, with insufficient time dedicated to onboarding new staff. High expectations on new staff, regardless of insufficient training. Management onboarding too many teams at once. More support required for new start members.
