You may mix well with the colleagues here if you are sociable. Because they will normally gather around and gossip about the Management.
Cons
- no career development. They don’t really train up the staff - no fair salary remuneration. - not giving bonus equally to every branches even though company is earning well. HQ staff always gets better bonus and benefits. - No chance to learn better and further of the products as they treat it as Secret - No Guidance from superiors - Inter social among Departments are not encourage as the management worry that you may learn or gain some private and confidential info - Sales & Marketing for Project Team practice ‘OT = Hardworking’ philosophy - Sales Personnel work until very late Daily - Super Control of Sales Person daily activity, no flexible punch in and out time - Too many Manager which they are called Manager but in fact without capability - Logistic dept are not helpful at all, they go back sharp on time and will not care even the sky falls - HR dept are not considerate to the staff benefits and they cover up for the HOD. Even they notice the reason of staff leaving is because of the HOD
