Cons
All the business ventures are loss making or not not earning, even though promoter of the company keeps investing. Several ventures have team of corporate but no projects in hand. Company is paying huge salaries to corporate team in ventures where they have no work/ projects for years. They come office for gossips, smoke breaks, chatting. Employment is based on personal contacts, so everyone knows each other from their previous company, relations of family members. No value for talent. If you have joined with references, you get the salary over and above the designation. Doesn't matter you if you don't have talent or experience, if a senior official is known to you, you get the job. Even new vacancies/ designations are created just to employ someone known.
