Unhealthy Work Environment - Anonymous employee Alo Yoga Employee Review

Toxic work culture, disorganized leadership, mean girl culture, no support from upper management/leadership, disorganized business structure, hire/fire mentality, no work/life balance (aka very culty), more like a sorority than a company, lots of unhealthy sexist/racist systems. Company prefers skinny girls over plus-size women. This company is better off as an online brand. Store business is rough.
