Very good work/life balance, diversity is a real priority, and moving forwards into a greener space is becoming a high priority as well. Definitely moving in the right direction.

Middle management does not have your back. They will bot promote those who are the best qualified. Then when they do promote someone and it doesn’t work out management will let them stay in that position and throw them under the bus to subordinates. Salary levels are below industry minimums for this area. Raise percentages are also below industry minimums.
