Ceo is a bully in a bowtie who shows poor leadership qualities by publicly berating his staff. Executive Leadership do not provide adequate resources for the teams to do their job. Old Boys club in full effect. No proper review structure and process for product or people growth. Most of the management team that got things done has left the building over the past few years. Lack of Diversity & Inclusion amongst leadership roles - There are no women or minorities at all in the leadership circle, outside of the CEO himself. Viewpoints and proposed solutions are thus very limited.
