Pros

A lot of face-to-face communication, free sodas, friendly co-workers.

Cons

Where do I begin?.. Years ago it felt like people had the motivation and drive to work here. Within the last couple of years just about every aspect of this place went downhill. We looked at this new CEO as a fresh start towards a prosperous path, instead he offered nothing but broken promises and now the company's bond is worth a third of it's value. 80 years and this company grew.. all of a sudden 2 top tier vendors decide to leave? .... I don't believe in coincidences. A lot of talented leadership recognized the shortcomings and left. "People First" culture is the motto, yet this couldn't be more far from the truth. The additional star I only give because of the better days spent here and the great friendships made. If you are looking for a job and somehow found your way here in this current time, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

Pros

Its remote setup and competitive pay for the tasks involved. While there is a learning curve, the job becomes straightforward once you memorize the systems. The experience is further improved by great managers who provide a supportive environment for their teams.

Cons

The environment is high-pressure due to strict QA standards and a low tolerance for errors. There are numerous complex guidelines that must be followed precisely, which can feel restrictive for those who prefer less micromanagement or more creative freedom in their workflow.

Pros

I liked a lot of the other people that I worked with on my team. I loved my managers before they made leadership changes - two of the best managers I've had in my career, especially the VP that we reported to. Would have loved to have stayed if they were still there.

Cons

Management changes were terrible. It was one of the worst experiences I've had in that respect. I was also lied to about a promotion and strung along, doing two jobs and being told that I was going to be paid more. The excuse was that it was just stuck in HR. When I left, I did an interview with HR, and they told me there was no plan for a pay increase.
