Cons
Must be nimble and willing to work hard. No startup is meant to be easy but at Patch, if you do not pick up the slack, it will be noticed very quickly. Attitude matters here. What we are doing is not easy, so if you are looking for a soft startup catered lunch gig, this place is not for you.
