      Ambitious and energetic company with real opportunities. Management always try to listen to your need and find a way for you, as an individual, to flourish in the organization. Great fun after work. Team: team members always help each other and share responsibilities.

      Cons

      Not a place for laid back lazy workers.

      Exposure to international markets and culture

      Cons

      Depending on where they are in the PE cycle, they work with a reasonable pressure. Nearing the end, they systematically start laying people off: month over month, department over department; very quietly. You don't realize it is happening until you try sending an email and it bounces, by accident, as "terminated". Culture is toxic, management is terrible.
