Easy physical labor, routine. Friendly coworkers, food compensation, frequent breaks, enjoyable rapport with residents
Cons
Mentally exhausting. Corporate management extremely difficult to contact. HR is practically impossible to contact, and communication is rude IF you can get into contact someone. Facility management is extremely subjective to each facility. Different rules for individual employees based on loyalty, mood, and the time of day. Questionable business practices re: government regulations.
