I cant say much about the company as a whole as i have only been contracted for a couple months but the few interactions ive had were pleasant and straight to the point, my immediate supervisor was a pretty good guy too laid back with a commanding character "trust me to do my job and ill trust you to do yours"

A few of the coworkers were a bit....much, but outside of that it was great.

Travel is the one and only pro

Will be paid minimum wage no matter your experience. Will be expected to train new hires with no experience, and no reading skills. Will be expected to finish jobs on time without adequate team. Will be required to work with Senior Team Leads that have no reason being any kind of lead. Expect the hard working people are equal to someone who can't even count. Expect if you report inappropriate work behavior by someone who is favored by district manager, to hear"that doesn't sound like so and so". Expect team lead to have no idea what they are doing because they have no info. Expect to do reporting work off the clock because reporting system sucks.. Never expect genuine gratitude by higher ups. You are not appreciated and it's reflected by your pay.
