Pros
I started working at Argentum when I was first starting out and they really went the extra mile to make me feel welcome and train me from the beginning. Was there for a good 3 years, learned a lot, had a great working environment, along with diverse and friendly colleagues. I got to learn from the directors, Lloyd and Martin, who were attentive to employees needs and really took care of their clients.
If you push yourself and do well there’s plenty of compensation and you are quickly given more responsibilities if you prove reliable. The office is really nice, and great place to work. It is the top advisory in Japan, and so I think it’s a great place to start out you career. The directors still keep a friendly relationship with me even after I left, and were very supportive with helping me find my next challenge.
