Horrible place to work - Filler Artbeads.com Employee Review

Management is horrible. I do not know where or if they went to any business schools, but they do not treat there employess well at all. Owner doesn't associate with the warehouse employees and the women that he has running it is more of a prison guard then a lead. She micro mangages, walks around with a frown on her face to intimidate employees. there is not an HR person to go to, so complaints can be told. The lead is the one who says and does what ever she wants. I'm sure she has no proper management skills. Overall bullying but the owner pays no attention what so ever.
