It's a great company. What we do is incredible and the Management always ensures we know that. The company is growing and increasingly bettering the clinical outcomes of patients. If you're into AI and know how to prompt them it's a good place to start your career.

Moving way too fast when it comes to general operations. Need to know information often comes second hand, sometimes third hand, which is fine unless you hear about it when whatever you are expected to do is due now! There is a very distinct lack of promotion opportunities from within and a lot of times, appreciation for the work you do, while recognized, is done with HR touchy feeliness awards instead of actual advancement opportunities. No training for new skills (other than AI) exists in any way whatsoever.
