Initally a good working group when I started in 2021. Individual Contributors tend to be pretty laid back and polite
Cons
Burnout culture, many people (other than the layoffs that happened earlier this year) have left the company in the last 6 months due to changing priorities, most of these I would classify as being high performers for the company. Lower than average pay (Would estimate 15-20% less than industry averages with the required skillset) , the refusal to give people adequate raises during periods of high inflation along with slow HR responsiveness with addressing concerns Failing to hire people as people leave (Leaving teammates stranded with additional work) Constant reorganization of the company as people leave (several managers have left recently)
