Pros
* Transportation service is perfect, you can use it from almost everywhere in Ankara. * Working hours are between 7:30 - 4.30 so you can leave work early and don't need to be stuck in traffic. * In the kitchens, there are free tea, coffee. Also, there are refreshments in the morning. Good way to start the day. * Working environment is nice. Not over-disciplined. * Dress code is strict. You can come to the office even with jeans and t-shirt. * Hierarchical organization is well defined and structured.
Cons
* Salaries are good for Ankara but not great. * Not much opportunities to self-develop. * Company pays too much importance to the redundant, boring and unprofessional presentations. * They do not pay enough importance to your education. For example, a Phd is less important than working experience. * The projects are low quality and too simple for a serious defence company.
