Pros
Good pay and benefits. Generally helpful colleagues.
Cons
BAD leadership and management with constantly changing vision. Founding team has no experience outside of the company and thus lives in a bubble. Some are extremely immature in their approach and don't really know what it means to manage a team. Random deadlines with short notice, no work-life balance, no concept of facilitating career growth etc. Performance review process is a joke, no real feedback or anything you can use to improve on that you already didn't know yourself. People tended to fall into clicks, and would hype each other up. If you are a hardworking, productive quiet individual that doesn't toot their own horn, forget about being shouted out even on projects/work/teams that you critically supported or were essential to their success. An introverts nightmare. Product leadership was just as bad. Moved at the cost of a fully hosted product to a hybrid model where you couldn't even take a peak at it unless you went through a sales person. Resulting in a major barrier to entry. Now they are switching back to a mixed model. On top of that they got greedy along the way and made their pricing model too expensive for many potential customers. Why price per task instead of compute? I still don't get it! How are those individuals still around after all the layoffs?!
