Ronny and his management team were some of the most toxic I’ve worked with in my career. 14 hr shifts in windowless rooms with terrible pay. Ronny would be at the gym all day then come in for family meal and service. Chefs there completely lacked empathy, patience or willingness to transmit techniques or ideas. They would expect people to pick right up on the hundreds of mise en place with no proper
training. They would get angry and aggressive if you were struggling with something on your station. Literally the worst job I’ve ever had was working there . Many other places in the city to hone your craft. Avoid these toxic people.
