    Pros

There is a pay check but it becomes apparent with the abuse received it isn't worth it.

    Cons

The CEO Tushar Atre doesn't value anyone but himself. He once likened employees to break pads - you push on them as hard as you can and when you have used them, you replace them. I do not recommend this company as an employer or client. There is no respect for anyone. You may get a robust product or a paycheck but it comes with a hefty price because this CEO thinks he is the only person in this world that matters.... He scream abuse at employees. He treats people in ways you would not think possible.

    Advice to Management

Try to accept that your employees are people with feelings, home lives and have value. I see from your replies to other criticisms you may never reach this.

I'd like to clarify this review. It's offshore developers that get treated like brake pads. Use them only when needed and with caution. There are good ones, but even they can be inconsistent. Run them hard on the night shift, and run them in parallel (take the better person's work, toss the rest). Make sure an onshore engineer quality controls/checks in the work.

I have been working at Atrenet full-time for less than a year

    Pros

I am joining AtreNet because they are a top-flight agency with a long list of very happy clients and a multitude of employees that have stayed with AtreNet for over a decade. One of my mandates as the new VP of Client Services is to ensure that all of our employees are given the resources and space they need to keep our clients happy. I will be putting my long experience managing people and projects to work... matching our internal processes and culture with the excellent, award-winning, work we are already doing for our clients. We will continue to be a hard-charging, client-focused, super-lean organization, but we will also be a place where employees and contractors are proud not just of their work but of the place where they work.

    Cons

As the new VP of Client Services for AtreNet, I have read all of the reviews from former employees and hear their concerns.

    Pros

They paid me....eventually. (Look up his name in the different counties of the Bay Area and California in general and see how many times it comes up as for Civil Suits, yes this will cost a few bucks to do so. Do it under "search by name")

    Cons

The environment was extremely grating, unprofessional, and as a woman, although nothing ever happened to me, I felt unsafe when in the presence of Tushar, as he would stalk employees and make lengthy inquiries about their personal lives, I was not the only one. Once, after Tushar had left after showing me something, he forgot to log out and his Google history must have been saved and used by Google analytics to send... me numerous ADs...men's shoes, watches, escort service websites, drug rehab programs in southern california.....since I never frequent these sites, we can only wonder who was...on company "time." He also like to compare employees to toilet paper, once you use it you throw it away there will always be more on the roll. I was hired to do a much different job than the one I was eventually forced to do, and was gaslighted into believing that I actually said I had experience with that line of work during the interview. Manipulative and condescending environment. I say that coming from a known Silicon Valley Slave Driver company. Lots of the other Glassdoor reviews are too broad in scope and broadly positive, typical of made-up reviews by friends of the execs.

    Advice to Management

Company needs an overall. Scrap plans made by Tushar Atre and replace with a Tech exec with some moral compass.
