Weak leadership, inept management, insincere, unwelcoming and unfriendly colleagues, no autonomy, impossible to get any work done, terrible processes and systems, no one can be bothered to do any work or welcome new colleagues, no commercial nous, poor products, terrible hot-desking culture, constant restructuring, high turnover, and some of the most useless and lazy people I have ever met.
