Pros
I have about ten years experience in door-to-door sales. My first week working for Axis, I closed 8 deals for a total commission of $2900. I have read all of the negative reviews, and have come to the conclusion that these people probably have absolutely no experience in sales. I have worked hard and have been diligent each day. Some days I did not sign a deal until 4:00pm. Axis has done everything that they told me initially they would do. I was paid the next day after each install. They do payroll everyday of the week. My team leader has been very helpful. They have analyzed any merchant statements that I sent in via email, on the the spot while I was taking to the merchant. They have beaten every single merchant fees that i have come across. In some cases, they have even given free equipment to my clients so that I could close a deal. This type of employment takes an aggressive sales person in order to make decent commissions. I plan on staying with them for a while. I see the potential to make $100k a year or better. I have been very satisfied so far.
Cons
The preset appointments are a waste of time. The telemarketers have actually ruined a few deals for me. In some cases, when I walk in the door to sale, they merchant is upset with me from the start because of the telemarketer.
