      Pros

      - The company expanded the business to Pasir Gudang shows that they are doing great - Received year end bonus on last yr 2022 - Since this is new setup company, u will gain a lot of knowledge and skills

      Cons

      - no contractual bonus - no medical/insurance benefit - management decision always change (kejap kata A, tiba2 kata B) - Heard that all will transfer to the new plant - no travel allowance

      Friendly colleagues. Good exposure and learning experiences.

      Cons

      Management have little understanding on what is happening in ground level and make assumptions based on remarks of their direct superior without finding out the truth from the employee.
