Pros
The work is pretty easy, not too challenging. Nice building, with amenities like chocolate and free drinks always available, on-site gym, cafe in building, etc
Cons
The corporate office is full of new hires and temps. There seems to be a lot of turn over and a constant stream of new faces. Not too many people at the corporate level have long tenure with the company. I do not know if this is the place for much professional development. I often hear that all of the change means there is plenty of opportunity for growth, but most of the new hire announcements seem to come from outside the company. I was told at hire the skills I would gain in my role are not very transferable, which makes me hesitate to think of this as a long-term position.
