A fantastically nepotistic culture where if you're part of the actual Bartell family you succeed, if not, you're SOL. A wonderfully solid career choice if you're looking to revisit the times of the 1980's office culture. They don't distract you with laptops and the ability to work from home, you'll come into the office every day! And I mean every day, each employee gets 5 WHOLE DAYS of PTO each year, and yes, this does include sick time! And don't forget your 80's corp dress code, that's here too! Casual Fridays are too mainstream for them, that doesn't happen here. And if you hate the convenience of emails, you'll fit right in with everyone else who just prints off thousands of pages of paper to walk over to each other's desks or pass out in meetings instead. [Very eco-friendly!] Bottom line, I would only encourage my worst enemies to seek employment here.
