It’s a young environment, and there’s a lot of knowledge a lot of people are lacking because they need help and proper guidance. There’s constant sales pressure from upper management and not to mention too many cooks in the kitchen. This place will burn you out. They have been acquired by ELC but currently there are no systems and changes that is desperately needed from them. At the moment the processes are all quite manual. Be sure to sit in on a meeting if you get offered a job here. I wish I did before I joined them.
