Pros

Some of the people are nice. "Free food" (leftovers) after meetings, seminars, & once a month on Friday.

Cons

Like I said...SOME people are nice, but it can get cliquey/siloed among the different departments. Management tries to pull off the facade that this is a great place to work at, but in reality it's like any other bad company...they play favorites, they have no code of ethics when money is involved, gossip runs rampant, lots of backstabbing, and toxic management/employees.
