Pros

Some friendly co-workers. Not much floor maintenance required. Everything is behind glass.

Cons

Too much competition between co-workers, fighting for sales, awkward sales floor makes it feel like your stalking the customer. Great location, but barely any walk-in customers.

Pros

Multiple brands to sell (from all price ranges) not only within the boutique but also at their affiliates in Las Vegas as well! Paid lunch time & amazing incentives!

Cons

I believe that if there were more computers or laptops on the showing desks, it would make it easier to clientele effectively.

Cons

This is one place where they start lying to you from day 1 saying that you can easily make $75,000 a year, but the reality is that you don't even make half of that(and that includes hourly, commission, bonus and spiffs). The commission structure is worst in the industry and never been heard of. It is intended to favor the company and the management as they want to keep everything to themselves. They treat their employees very badly and complaints and pick on you for very small things everyday. All the managers are very unpleasant to talk to, very very rude and is passing bad comments all the time There is no break room and no microwave and you have to go the casino and find a place to sit to eat your cold food. But it is OK for the management to eat at the back room. The employees put their belongings in the restroom close to the toilet seat(even the food they bring from home) and employees are allowed to only urinate, not number two which they tell you very clearly on day 1. Even to go for the urinate, the managers can go anytime, even if the floor coverage is short(which is always the case as nobody stays there more than few months), but the employees are not allowed to go and wait for few more hours until they beg again to go. The bargaining process in the sales presentation is unheard of as it doesn't make sense and we lose a lot of sales just because of that. The management have their own little family and keeps everything to themselves, even the gifts given to us from the vendors. Different rules are for different people. Someone they like are given priority in everything weather it is sales or schedule or the use of phones on the floor, for everyone else they get in trouble even to use the phone for clientelling (sending pictures of the merchandise to the client). You feel very unappreciated and unwanted there. They even break a lot of rules themselves, and do unlawful activities like taking an imprint of the customer's credit card and making copies of customers ID and credit card. They do this all without letting the customer know and hiding from the customer since its illegal. No ethics. Everything about this job is unfair and your life will be miserable. My honest advice is STAY AWAY from this place and don't let your friends or family to work there either.
