The work environment is great if you like meeting new people and you don't mind driving to different places (there is gas compensation). The pay is nice and you're incentivized to work hard, meaning if you finish a job early you collect what you quote for so you still get paid the full job hours (job is quoted for 4 hours but if you finish in 3 you still get paid for 4 hours).
Cons
Scheduling can be a bit hectic because you aren't sure what your schedule is going to be until it is finalized at 6 PM the day prior to the job.
