You will receive a raise every year, good place to network with Kaiser employees and insurance is affordable on the Kaiser Permanente contract.
Cons
Human Resources , Vice Presidents and Directors will say frequently improvements are coming and they never do. They also care about the Officers more than the Managers. Managers do not have the support needed to succeed. Managers do not get paid the amount deserved for the amount of work. Payroll consistently has pay discrepancies, no accountability, and take 3 weeks to payback.
