      Pros

      Most employees are like family. They care for family, so makes it easy to get time off. PTO is a great rate after 4 years of service.

      Cons

      Rate of raises is not based on performance. Raises are based on scores rating employee, but no one employee can receive a perfect score EVER. The former company that owned Bluefield Regional medical center sold out to Princeton Community Hospital and is being closed July 2020.
