Good salary and dining incentive

You have to be willing to climb the corporate ladder and play the game to move up.

Learn a lot from chefs but they are mostly terrible and only care about themselves and will treat you like crap.

Turnover is insane. You think it’s going to be a great job and get reeled in then realize how bad it is. No work life balance and minimal PTO. Will have you working on nights and weekends and expect you to be ok with “start late” days instead of giving a single comp day. Tried to voice concerns to CMO + management multiple times and instead of a solution was told I may be better at another company. Lots of insanely racist undertones and people put up with it for whatever reason. During my time there multiple reported concerns to HR and the CMO and were completely ignored and eventually quit. Leadership pretends to be inclusive and welcoming but is very cliquey and gossipy so would not recommend trusting easily.
