Pros
Being on the water all day is nice, and a large part of the day you spend just standing around on the boat watching whales or talking to customers. Some of the managers are really nice.
Cons
When you do have to work, you have to do it very quickly. As well the hours tend to be 16 hour days and you don't get to sit too much. The job varies greatly depending on the captain, some are very nice and some are pretty stern and unpleasant.
