Pros
Bowflex really cares about its employees and puts a lot of effort into a supportive culture. The employees care about each other, and upper management is easy to talk to if there are any concerns. This is the best company I've ever worked for.
Cons
The "consumer obsessed" culture goes a bit too far, to the point where we don't say no to customers often.
