One of the best reasons to work at Brandboom is that you are given the ability to actually use your job as a platform for what you want to learn. Yes, management sets a high standard for you to achieve. In my view, they do so for your benefit. They will also do whatever they can to help you achieve it as long as you have the motivation to learn and better yourself. All decisions are made objectively without ego based on the information that is available. This means that anyone can suggest something and ideas are freely / openly debated, and the best ones filter to the top. You also get to work with and learn from great people who actually care deeply about the product. Management is also pretty flexible with your schedule, so long as you demonstrate that you can work and deliver without much oversight.

If you're not motivated or proactive and just want a chill job... you probably won't be happy here.

-Dog friendly -2 hour traffic from center of LA to SGV sometimes, each way..... Seriously though, this company Deserves a solid 4.5/5. I'm giving a 5 because they helped me transition somewhat successfully into a developing role, and I'm pretty happy with where I'm at. Yes, there were a few disgruntled employees who gave this company for personal problems they had with the CEO, while I respect their opinion, it should not discredit the company itself. Its a great company.
