The team is extremely kind, caring, and collaborative. Constantly trying to improve the company & do the right thing. So many opportunities for growth - just have to be willing to drive them yourself. The company has not stopped growing since I joined so there are always more opportunities. Since they have been 100% remote since the beginning, they've got the flexibility setup down

If you require tons of structure and always a clear path, this might not be the place for you. There are certain areas where structure is clear and defined, as well as the growth path, but there are many ways to build it yourself and make it your own. People that make it their own will succeed more than those waiting for others to do it for them.

-The people are the #1 reason I love my work at Bright!Tax. Despite being 100% online the kind, supportive, and the super collaborative team makes everyone feel part of something bigger. -I can work whenever I want, as long as I connect with my team & meet my goals. This level of flexibility gives me so much work-life balance compared to previous firms I've worked at. I feel like Bright!Tax places a huge amount of trust in us. -Bright!Tax is constantly encouraging us to grow. Every person at the firm is clear on where they can evolve in their role with the firm, which makes it somewhere I see myself long-term. -Bright!Tax takes feedback at every level and applies it quickly & carefully. No matter what your role is at the firm, you can make a difference in improving the processes and initiating change.

-I would love more social non-work opportunities with the team, though not everyone in the firm is interested in that. I see leadership finding ways to get our team together, but only some are enthusiastic. -Some clients can be challenging to work with. That is likely the nature of client services though! -The commission structure isn't for everyone. It's super motivating for me to have 100% control over what I earn (6 figures, after just 1 year with the firm) but I know not everyone thrives with that model.
