8yWe apologize that you had a negative experience with Brio Energy. In no part of our company sales training do we teach our employees to lie or be deceitful. If that was taught, that is an individual error and not company protocol. As for the adjusting of hours, we do adjust hours for our door-to-door employees to match the hours that are actually worked. We take our employee compensation very seriously and verify hours worked through several different softwares.
