Pros
For the first time in my career, I feel valued. Not only are the work and clientele incredible, but the sense of culture and community that BryteBridge builds makes you feel like you’re a part of something special. Whenever I explain my job, I say that I get to to speak with people all day who want to help other people and I get to help them do it! There’s nothing more fulfilling than that.
The president of the company values the importance of a team in which everyone feels heard, valued, and appreciated. When a person in charge both acknowledges and commends the work you’re doing, it makes you want to work harder for that person.
In my time with the company, I’ve been promoted twice and the room for growth within this quickly expanding company is enormous. Even through the pandemic, when so many were without work, BryteBridge set new records for client engagement and continued to grow! Jobs were added, not removed.
They’re open to feedback, always wanting to create the best experience for both the client and for the employee. The company has grown leaps and bounds in my time here, and always in a forward motion for the better.
The age old adage, “When you have a job you love, you never work a day in your life,” certainly applies here. BryteBridge is an amazing company with so much to offer and I’m so grateful to be growing with it!
