At this time I cannot think of one.

Cons

Some kids are extremely out of control. Workers are told moms need “coddled” per supervisor. Very dangerous and violent environment for children. Special needs kids are often the victim. Owners only come in once a month and have no clue on how to run a childcare facility per the supervisor. Once suggested workers to have kids sit down for 45 minutes and play I spy; with 15-30 kids ranging in age from 6 weeks-10 years old. Supervisor claims she’ll back her employees, but she doesn’t. Company does not follow/enforce safety policies. Random children are allowed to come in with clients that are not their own, which is against insurance policy. Policy on behavior issues is overlooked for fear of loosing clients. Employees are encouraged to keep quiet about incidents. Employees are contractors and are not protected if something were to happen to a child under their care. Burn has a waiver parents sign not holding Burn liable for anything, but it doesn’t protect the contractors. Only 2 workers are with 15-30 Children at one time. Workers are told they aren’t allowed to hold babies because they need to care for the older kids. Babies must be placed in swings/infant area. Full of sick kids constantly. Hand, foot, mouth keeps getting passed around. It’s just not a positive, safe, healthy, or good environment to be in at all. Pay is horrible. $20 discount for employees is really unacceptable. New employees every 2 months. No one stays here.

excellent, warm member base. eager to learn and expand their training.

Cons

owner is terrible, no communication to members about trainers leaving. will drop a beloved trainer, membership director, or ambassador at the drop of a hat. snake-like behavior.
