Pros
They give you extra days paid for holidays when Christmas fall on a weekend. Can wear jeans every day. Most co workers are easy to get along with.
Cons
They don't the same rules for all departments. Certain managers are micro managers and even have over heard them call their employees names. Some employees won't share job information with you. Top managers won't help and admit they know it's happening. You can't advance in any department.
