Pros
It is a job that pays on average with the rest of the town. An excellent job for someone who is in college or right out high school.
Cons
No room for advancement. Long term employment can be soul crushing, most long term employees have either left or been forced out. Most employees are not happy as the management is highly based on nepotism. The kitchen manager is the exception to this and does the best he can given the higher up management.
