Pros

Such an awesome mission - being even a small part of saving people's lives is a very good reason to come to work. Some great people - there is so much talent at CALSTAR, 95% of the people I work with are really cool.

Cons

All of us are terrified for our jobs and the C's & D's are doing nothing to talk us off the ledge. My manager is doing a good job, but frankly, I think management is scared too. Like the other recent review hinted at, everyone is assuming CALSTAR is being acquired, but no leader is talking. Unless you are a nurse, pilot, or base mechanic, for now, I would look for work elsewhere and definatey don't leave a stable job for one here.
