      Pros

      $13 an hour pay rate for a fast food place is decent... free meals.. and good training process ONLY if you actually open the store from day one.

      Cons

      The food isn’t good. Was promised 40 hours a week and that never happened. Cava does not hire anyone full time it’s all part time so that they don’t have to give you any benefits witch is why they hire a lot of younger kids to move around that. Once you start working there you notice a lot of hate the management has for the area leaders. Small company that’s expanding way to fast for its on good.

      Pros

      company pays for servsafe certification, accumulate PTO as a Team Lead or higher. 40 hour sick leave for regular team members.

      Cons

      It can get overwhelming and management can be overworked.

      Pros

      Free meal, nice management, easy to learn what you gotta do.

      Cons

      No work life balance, not good for your mental health, not to mention the tasks they give you that you dont even have time for. The ordering process obviously doesnt make sense to the guests. Which means you have to explain everything over and over and over again. Overall, I wouldnt recommend.
