      Head tech is dishonest and way too much behind the scene's drama. Owner is a nice guy but micromanages and then follows up to see if you're telling the truth. If he only listened to his employees and not just head tech

      Active owner who is honest and fair. Mid-level MSP company with a diverse client catalog exposing you to many IT technologies, systems, and network infrastructure

      Cons

      Poor communication, mid-management poor with no expectation provided till after project is completed. Management style nonexistent
